Last week the Pop! Slots Casino app page held their very first Pop! Slots Question & Answer session right on their fan page!  Players were able to come up with as many questions as they could think of in the days leading up to the event and then Pop! Slots answered them to the best of their ability on the 26^th starting right at 3:30pm PST.

With the nature of the game, the rewards program, and the element of the unknown, the answers can be quite limited.  Future partners are kept secret to preserve contracts and avoid competition, new features are under wraps due to surprise launches, and some questions just don’t have known answers at the moment.  The gaming world is fast-paced, high-energy, and can flip at the drop of a hat depending on changing priorities.

That being said, here are some of the most commonly asked questions during last week’s Q&A:

Q:  When will Excalibur open and what games will it feature?

A:  This is such a popular question! We know you guys can't wait for Excalibur! It will be SO exciting once you guys play!

Q:  What does popping the balloon do

A:  You need to POP balloons so u can earn LPs aka gold coins for rewards, or extra XP points, or extra coins to play with.

Q:  When you pop a balloon in the game, does everyone else who pops the same balloon get the same payout?

A:  Everyone has a unique player experience!

Q:  When will this be available on the Kindle as the other myVEGAS apps are?

A:  Hopefully soon!

Q:  Why is my LP not sync with my other Vegas games? And how come I didn't get any balloons for 3 hours? Are you going to credit it for the people who did not get the balloons?

A:  LP should sync with other myVEGAS games. There is just a lag time. If you still haven’t received the balloons or LP hasn't synced, please let our team know at playstudios.com/support.

Q:  Is there a daily loyalty point cap? If so, how do you tell if you’ve reached it? Is there a restriction of loyalty points by Google play?

A:  There shouldn't be. Tell us about your experience!

Q:  Why don't you guys have bonus coins on your fan page more often? Every other game I play does, and they're not as great as yours. But more bonus coins would be like the cherry on top!

A:  We know you love those free chips! We do put chip links weekly on our page, so be sure to keep coming back!

Q:  My question is how do the bonus payouts work? Meaning I've triggered bonuses betting 30k in Emerald 7s and have been paid out hundreds of thousands for small hits (as if my bet were much higher), and then I'll hit another bonus betting 180k and I'll only get a few thousand per winning combination, when it should be much higher.

08/18/16- Exactly one month after official launch, POP! Game Tips

Feature Bet- You will notice that the bet you select and the bet per spin are not equal.  This is due to the added (read: mandatory) feature bonus bet that allows you to activate the special feature.  For example, if you select "BET" to change your bet and decide on 30,000, you are actually betting 45,000 per spin.  This is a bet of 750 per line (x 40 lines) plus 15k feature bet.

Game Pay Lines- In an interesting twist and unlike most other games, Wall of Khan is 40 lines and pays BOTH WAYS!  No longer are you limited by the left-to-right rule, no matter which direction you win!

Wall of Khan Bonus Game- Get three rows or more of stacked tiger eye symbols on your reels to earn a spot on the Wall of Khan.  You may earn more than one so keep on spinning!  The Wall of Khan Bonus Game is triggered when all 24 spots are filled by players.  Beginning with 2x and progressing to 100x, each round of the bonus game will award a select number of players with the multiplier based on their original bet.  Stick around to watch and see who wins the TOP AWARD!

Earned a spot but can't wait for the bonus?  In the event that you earn spots but then run out of chips or otherwise cannot wait for the bonus round, you will still be credited for your bonus round win even if you exit the game.  When you return or when the bonus round has completed, you will see a popup with your winning chips to be collected!

Why isn’t my Loyalty Point count syncing?

Entering the POP! Slots rewards store will ping our servers and ensure that your LP balance is up to date and fully synced across all apps. For myVEGAS and KONAMI Slots you can enter a game to ping our servers for your most up to date balance. We are working on reducing the delay and you can be assured that your highest LP balance is correct.

How do I change my avatar?

Once you have selected a male or female POP! Avatar, you cannot change your avatar's gender. 

Why is my game freezing during free spins?

If your game crashes right when you enter a bonus round, force quit the app and reload it.  If you won chips during your free spins round then you will see a message next time you open the game and enter the lobby. This message should confirm how many chips you won in the bonus round and they should be applied to your balance.

How are free spins calculated?

Hot seat is when the machine is on fire!  Cold seat is a machine that hasn’t been played in a while.  Regular arrows are showing you where you can sit.

Do POP! chip purchases count toward a player’s total purchases for extra reward perks?

Yup!

Why does POP! Slots drain a mobile device battery so quickly?

2-Night Hotel Stays have RETURNED to the POP! Rewards Catalog!  All of our members have been impatiently waiting to find out if these rewards would return and what the available dates would be.  But wait no more, they are here with select dates through December 2016.

There are a few things to know about these rewards:

1.  These rewards cannot be seen by everyone...

   These rewards are considered  VALUE-BASED which means that their visibility is dependent on how much each player has spent on chip packages within the Playstudios reward suite of games.  For example, those who have spent nothing may not be able to see them at all.  Those who have spent $50 may not be able to see the highest class hotel rewards such as Bellagio and Aria.  You can check out the details here.

2.  Not back-to-back with an M Life Offer...

   In most cases, #POPREWARDS cannot be used in conjunction with any M Life offers (not to be confused with M Life discount tier rates).  This means that M Life may require a minimum of 72 hours between an M Life offer and a #POPREWARD booking.  However, there is always the chance that this may work, you just can't tell until you try it.

3.  You can try out the reward first ...

   To test a room reward to see if you can use it in conjunction with an existing reservation, simply purchase the reward, make sure you are logged out of the Mlife website, click on the direct link to the reward booking in your confirmation email, and go through the steps to see if the dates you need show as available.  If the rooms do not work out you can return them for a refund without penalty.

4.  Only one M Life room reward per trip...

   You can still only use one (1) M Life room reward per trip and you may only hold one in your wallet or in use at any given time.  If you have a trip in August and then October and you purchase a room reward to book, you will not be able to use another room reward until after that one has been used completely.

5.  It is possible (but messy) to exchange a booked room reward for another...

   In the event you would like to cancel a current room reward that is booked in order to use a different room reward, such as these 2-Night rewards, instead you will need to (a) call the hotel to cancel your booked reward and forfeit your loyalty points, (b) contact Playstudios.com support to clear your room reward purchase out of the system to allow you to purchase a new room reward, (c) purchase and book your new room reward.

6.  Availability varies and is subject to change...

   The available dates for each 2-Night room reward vary and may sell out at any time.

We are so excited to welcome Norwegian Cruise Lines to the #POPrewards and #myVEGAS rewards catalog!  This is a chance to take a getaway outside of Vegas and there are ports on the east and west US coast including Los Angeles and New York City!

Open the rewards now and see what is available.  These new cruises might be a little steep LP-wise for the new POP Slots Casino player, but for anyone who has been playing the Playstudios suite of reward games (including myVEGAS, myVEGAS Blackjack, and myKONAMI) and has a stash of loyalty points saved up, this might be the perfect opportunity.

So newbies don't be discouraged!  If you happen to save up your points you can also work toward a larger reward such as these.  That is, if you don't find so many of the smaller rewards to take advantage of regularly.  It's always worth planning some extra trips!

Norwegian Cruise Lines ARE NOT an MGM property so they do not count against your MGM reward limit of x rewards per 30 days.  Instead they have their own limit of 1 NCL reward per 30 days and can be used in addition to the MGM rewards in the same 30 days.

Currently there are NCL cruises offered from New York, Los Angeles, and Tampa, FL to the Mexican Riviera, Western Caribbean, and Eastern Caribbean in both interior and oceanview state rooms in October and November.  Stay tuned to find out if more cruises and options are offered.
