Room Reward Calendars Extended!

Room Calendars Updated!

Now you can book through October 2019

On May 7, 2019 the Pop Slots Comp M Life Calendars began updating with NEW DATES!
They are not showing in the stationary calendars just yet, but they are popping up within the offer calendar on the M Life website.

TO ACCESS THE NEW CALENDARS:

1. Purchase the comp or discount room reward you want from the rewards catalog.
2. Find and open your confirmation email for the reward
3. Click the M Life booking link in the email for your specific offer
4. When the M Life website is launched, log into your account
5. View the available dates on the calendars

You may either book the reward OR self-cancel the reward for a full refund*
*You may self-cancel up to 5 rewards per 30 days; contact support for additional cancellations in the same month.

You Can Now Use EVEN MORE REWARDS!

The FAQ question “HOW MANY REWARDS CAN I REDEEM” has changed from the current limits to a new Premium reward system.

WHAT ARE THE CURRENT LIMITS?

Currently each player is allowed to redeem up to 3 MGM/M Life company rewards and up to one of each non-MGM reward per trip. Some players have earned higher MGM limits of 4, 5, or even 6 rewards by making in-game chip package purchases. This is an added benefit for monetary supporters.

WHAT ARE THE NEW LIMITS?

The MGM/M Life rewards have now been split into PREMIUM and NON-PREMIUM rewards. Each player is allowed to use up to their current limit in Premium rewards PLUS *UNLIMITED* Non-Premium rewards per trip!

*For most rewards you cannot purchase more than one of each so, for example, you can only get one Aria 2 Buffet reward for the life of the reward.

PREMIUM VS NON-PREMIUM

A PREMIUM REWARD is any MGM/M Life reward that does not require a purchase, or monetary component, to redeem. For example, there are no stipulations or purchase requirements to redeem a free room night or a show ticket, so these are considered PREMIUM rewards. These rewards are labeled for the most part on the reward terms in the rewards catalog as shown below.

A NON-PREMIUM REWARD is any MGM/M Life reward that requires some type of purchase or stipulation to redeem. For example, any reward that requires you to buy something to get something free is considered Non-Premium. Even more important, in some cases a hotel stay is considered a monetary component! Many rewards that require a hotel stay for use are considered Non-Premium!

*"PREMIUM" designation can change at any time so please check the terms of each reward to ensure it is/isn't labeled Premium.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT MY PREMIUM REWARD LIMIT IS?

This value is listed right in the terms of the reward and is easy to find.

Click on any MGM/M Life reward > Terms & Conditions

Everyone has a base limit of 3 MGM/M Life rewards, but it can be increased through in-game chip package purchases. It will always be reflected here.

LIMITATIONS & TERMS TO WATCH OUT FOR

“This reward is not combinable with any complimentary room stay.”

FREEPLAY rewards require a minimum stay at their specific M Life property and are not able to be used with free rooms.

“This reward is limited to 1 per player”

This means that you may only purchase one of that specific reward per it’s lifetime, usually on a 6 month-ish cycle

"This reward requires a one night minimum room stay"

This means that you must have at least one night booked at an MGM/M Life property in order to redeem the reward. The reward should be redeemable up to 24 hours before and after your completed stay.

REWARDS MUST BE USED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE

The terms of the Room Rewards have been updated to reflect a 30 day expiration limit rather than the normal 90 days. What does this mean exactly? This means you must BOOK your room online using the special link in your confirmation email within 30 days. You can make that booking for any date that is available on the calendar.

FOOD REWARDS

Did you notice the most popular food rewards were restocked after a short disappearance? That's right, the BELLAGIO BUFFETS, ARIA BUFFETS, and NINE FINE IRISHMEN rewards have been completely restocked which means they are a new batch! If you have purchased this reward before you should be able to purchase it again.

Pop Lounge Meet & Greet Success

On Thursday March 30 we met up with Katrina, Chelsea, a handful of other staff from both Pop Slots/Playstudios and MGM Resorts, and over a dozen players for our spring Pop Lounge Meet & Greet. We made ourselves comfortable at Ignite Lounge in the Monte Carlo Casino while we had drawings, socialized, had Pop Slots representatives showed us sneak peaks of upcoming game features, and had a live Q&A with the developers!

While the main part of our group and purpose happens online, we are so happy to actually get to meet our members and our partners in person and see the face behind the name and the Facebook profile. Usually those we meet in person turn into long-time friends and I look forward to keeping in touch with them for years to come.

At this time we aren't sure when our next Meet & Greet is, but stay up-to-date in the group to find out as soon as we know! Are you excited to try the next one? When will you be in Vegas?
